For all wholesale customers: all customers will receive discounts from 20% up to 40%. Conditions apply - please contact to discuss.

Items allowed for discount are all cards but not the sets of. Eco-bags. Prints unframed - all sizes. Prints framed - but need to discuss first.

Payment is by Internet banking unless otherwise arranged. Direct Debit cards will be an another acceptable method of payment but please arrange this first.

There is up-front payment policy for orders (after discount) under $300.00 and a down payment of 60% for larger orders and rest of payment by the 20th of the month.

After you place your order you will receive an automated account minus postage. This postage will be calculated and added to your account and you will receive an updated account within 24 hours. Orders (after discount) over $300.00 will be receive free postage. 

Postage of order will commence after payment is in account.

Use of my copyrighted material

You may use this product for your own personal or commercial projects, with the following restrictions. Please pay attention, because these are the NO CAN DO!!!

1. You may not sell, give away or otherwise make available to any other party, the contents of any of my products either in whole or in part as templates or layered files such as Tubes, psds and pngs.

2. You must not create and sell new products made entirely from these templates/elements. You may incorporate them into a design that is predominantly your own. These images should not be more than 25% of your product. The majority of your product must be created by yourself.

3. CREDIT FOR MY WORK IS NOT REQUIRED but it would be nice. Incorporate it in your read me file.

4. You can't use any of my images to create other commercial use products.

5. You must not use any of my images to mass produce any product for sale. The sale of any digital product created as a derivative of any or all images in this archive is limited to 200 copies.

6. Any other use of my images not expressly granted is prohibited without first obtaining consent. Please feel free to contact me with any comments or questions you may have.

 ELEMENTS FULL COLOR, STAMPS & POSTCARDS

You may use these images “as is” provided you are in total conformity with the rule above: my products should not be the primary design in your own product. The totality of any of my products should not be more than 25% of your final product, EVER. As you see, this clause eliminates the creation of packs of ANYTHING or any part of my images. My images should always be part of a kit. Freebies are allowed as part of a kit or Mini Kit, always respecting the 25% percentage.

OVERLAYS, IMAGES IN GREYSCALE OR TEMPLATES

You may not sell, give away or otherwise make available to any other party, or other designers, the contents of this product either in whole or in part as templates.  If used in any product - intended to be distributed digitally - any and all of the elements of this product, must be digitally merged with other images, such as backgrounds, frames or any other element or cluster.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. A letter explaining fault must be included with goods returned or a phone call placed explainiing fault may be done instead. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
